Standards

Trigema has been purveying the Clever Living concept at a number of quality levels as standard since 2015. All quality levels have one thing in common: quality is always the top priority. You can be assured that our price-performance ratio will always be one of our top priorities.

While we may not provide clients with customisable features to the extent common amongst our competitors, this does not mean it is not important to us. Quite the contrary! We listen carefully to all our clients’ needs and requirements, and we transfer this knowledge and experience into every new project. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to choose decor, colours and other features of your preference within our standard range.

With this approach, we can demonstrate the outcomes of the Clever Living concept in two completed projects in the Plzeň region. This apartment building with 82 apartments on Kollárova street was built here in 2017-2018. Our most recent regional project has a similar character to Living Skvrňany, comprised of a number of apartment buildings - the apartment complex V Zahrádkách. 4 buildings containing 108 apartments was built near Rokycanská street just a few steps from OC Plzeň Shopping Centre. Both these projects had sold over 90 % of their apartments even before final living approval had been granted!

In particular these included our choice of construction materials, heating system and rainwater management. The urban and material layout design of the buildings also contributed towards the sustainable concept, in which we created a central park which will be a peaceful oasis for the entire residential project. Cellars and parking

Store rooms (also referred to as “cellars”) for apartments are located in the basement storeys of the project, and also on other storeys of the apartment buildings. The price of these store rooms is included in the price of your apartment.

Garage parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces can be purchased alongside your apartment, and their price is not included in the price of your apartment.
Certain apartments require you to purchase garage parking spaces. The price for a garage parking space begins at 287 500 CZK incl. VAT, and the price for outdoor parking spaces begins at 195 500 CZK incl. VAT.
