Cellars and parking
Store rooms (also referred to as “cellars”) for apartments are located in the basement storeys of the project, and also on other storeys of the apartment buildings. The price of these store rooms is included in the price of your apartment.
Garage parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces can be purchased alongside your apartment, and their price is not included in the price of your apartment.
Certain apartments require you to purchase garage parking spaces. The price for a garage parking space begins at 300 000 CZK excl. VAT, and the price for outdoor parking spaces begins at 210 000 CZK excl. VAT.
