Completeness
Due to the completion of the project construction, we have divided the currently available apartments into two variant designs, which differ from each other by the type of floor decor, tiles and floor tiles. The simplicity of the six-storey apartment buildings is architecturally connected to our latest project V Zahrádkách. The main goal is to revive the surrounding buildings. The simple and fresh architecture of the houses from this place will create an attractive place not only for happy living.
Conceptually, these are three pairs of apartment buildings, located with the orientation of housing units west / east, complemented by an atypically designed seventh apartment building. The location of the living rooms is solved with regard to the sides of the world so as to ensure the sun exposure of all living rooms of individual housing units by sunlight. The new residential complex is gradually growing in the vicinity of Vojanova Street in the Pilsen 3 city district. You will find a sufficient offer of local civic amenities nearby. There are also schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, medical facilities, a library, a swimming pool, a sports field and, of course, supermarkets, smaller shops and restaurants.
The location also has convenient transport links to the center of Pilsen. The tram stop will be directly adjacent to the border of the new residential area and is therefore literally around the corner. You can get to the city center by tram in about 11, by car in 8 and even by train in just 5 minutes. The connection outside the city is also of good quality.
