Parking for the apartments in this investment package is fixed to the selected apartments and must be purchased together. These are outdoor parking spaces and their price is not included in the price of the apartment. The price of the outdoor parking space is CZK 210,000 + the applicable VAT rate. The basements in the project are located in the common underground floors. Cellar sizes are variable and the price of the cellars is not included in the price of the apartment or the investment package. The seller will prepare an offer according to the specific specification on request. The approximate price of the cellars starts at CZK 70,000 + the relevant VAT rate per square metre.



Examples of standards that you can expect within the concept: plaster plasters, security class 3 entrance doors, internal apartment doors with an above-standard height of 2100 mm, 180 mm thick thermal insulation of the façade, optical data distribution, above-standard furnishings of sought-after brands from the world's leading manufacturers, laminate floating floors, etc.


Due to the completion of the project construction, we have divided the currently available apartments into two variant designs, which differ from each other by the type of floor decor, tiles and floor tiles. Living Skvrňany

Clever Living @Skvrňany, or in short Bydlení Skvrňany [Skvrňany Homes], is a new residential complex of the Trigema company. The simplicity of the six-storey apartment buildings is architecturally connected to our latest project V Zahrádkách. The main goal is to revive the surrounding buildings. The simple and fresh architecture of the houses from this place will create an attractive place not only for happy living.

Conceptually, these are three pairs of apartment buildings, located with the orientation of housing units west / east, complemented by an atypically designed seventh apartment building. The location of the living rooms is solved with regard to the sides of the world so as to ensure the sun exposure of all living rooms of individual housing units by sunlight. The balconies are oriented mainly to the inner green park.

The new residential complex is gradually growing in the vicinity of Vojanova Street in the Pilsen 3 city district. You will find a sufficient offer of local civic amenities nearby. There are also schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, medical facilities, a library, a swimming pool, a sports field and, of course, supermarkets, smaller shops and restaurants.

The location also has convenient transport links to the center of Pilsen. The tram stop will be directly adjacent to the border of the new residential area and is therefore literally around the corner. You can get to the city center by tram in about 11, by car in 8 and even by train in just 5 minutes. The connection outside the city is also of good quality.

The floor area of apartments is calculated in accordance with legislation in force (Government Regulation No. 366/2013 Coll.). The total price includes the price for the apartment and unless otherwise stated the price for cellar storage spaces and where relevant the price for gardens, terraces or balconies including the VAT rate applicable on the day of sale. The apartment price does not include the garage price. Mortgage repayment calculations are purely indicative.

Kitchen units, electrical appliances, furniture and home furnishings displayed in illustrative apartment floor-plans are not included in the apartment price. The location of furniture is purely illustrative. The dimensions of individual rooms are taken from the design documents.

If a consumer dispute arises in future between the purchaser and the vendor, the out-of-court settlement of such disputes is mandated to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority ( www.coi.cz).
