This new residential complex is taking shape gradually near Vojanova street in the Plzeň 3 district. There are plenty of local amenities nearby. These include schools, nurseries, playgrounds, medical facilities, a library, swimming pool, sports centre and of course supermarkets, smaller shops and restaurants.

The neighbourhood also has excellent transport links to the centre of Plzeň. There will be a tram stop right next to the new residential complex, literally around the corner. You can get to the city centre in 11 minutes by tram, in 8 minutes by car and in as little as 5 minutes by train. There are also excellent connections leading out of the city.

Project schedule

The residential part of the Braník project will consist of a total of three separate sections (A – divided into two buildings A1 and A2, B, C) and three sections of normal family homes. In terms of sales and construction, the entire project schedule currently has the following parameters:

  • ^ Commencement of construction: April 2021
  • ^ Completion of rough construction: winter 2021 / spring 2022
  • ^ Completion of construction: autumn 2022
  • ^ Final approval and moving in: end of the year 2022
