Standards

Trigema has been offering the Clever Living concept as standard, on several levels, since the year 2015. In addition to the default variant, there is also a superior version in the form of Smart Housing Plus, which is characteristic for Bydlení Brâník [Brâník Homes].

In the Clever Living project it's already the norm; nevertheless, the Bydlení Brâník residential complex pushes the requirements for energy-saving and environmentally-friendly housing slightly further. The future irrigation of the large expanse of private greenery in the courtyard has also been considered. It will be handled by an automatic system which draws water from a rainwater storage tank. Electric car charge points represent garage equipment which is exceptional today but will be matter-of-course in the future.

What distinguishes us the most from regular new apartments:
heat recovery, underfloor heating, intelligent apartment control etc.

An increased emphasis of quality is also reflected in the used materials and equipment, which correspond to the requirements of those looking for a home today. Fixtures from stylish brands are evidence of this.

Cellars and parking

The cellars for the residential part of the project are located on the underground floors, and are not included in the price of the apartment.

Garage parking spaces can be purchased together with the apartment, and are not included in its price. In the case of selected apartments, a garage parking space must be purchased separately. The prices of garage parking spaces start at 459,800 CZK including VAT.
