An example of the standards you can expect in a concept: air handling unit with recuperation, underfloor heating, preparation for intelligent home control, gypsum plaster, security class 3 entrance door, interior residential half-slotted door with an above-standard height of 2100 mm, 180 mm thick thermal insulation optical data distribution, above-standard furnishing items from the Swiss brand Laufen, tiles and paving of the Roca brand, wooden glued floors, preparation for installing blinds except the northern facades, preparation for installing air conditioning units in apartments on the highest floors, etc.

Garage parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces can be purchased alongside your apartment, and their price is not included in the price of your apartment.
Certain apartments require you to purchase garage parking spaces. The price for a garage parking space begins at 300 000 CZK excl. VAT, and the price for outdoor parking spaces begins at 210 000 CZK excl. VAT.

Living Skvrňany

Clever Living @Skvrňany, or in short Bydlení Skvrňany [Skvrňany Homes], is a new residential complex of the Trigema company. The simplicity of the six-storey apartment buildings is architecturally connected to our latest project V Zahrádkách. The main goal is to revive the surrounding buildings. The simple and fresh architecture of the houses from this place will create an attractive place not only for happy living.

Conceptually, these are three pairs of apartment buildings, located with the orientation of housing units west / east, complemented by an atypically designed seventh apartment building. The location of the living rooms is solved with regard to the sides of the world so as to ensure the sun exposure of all living rooms of individual housing units by sunlight. The balconies are oriented mainly to the inner green park.

The new residential complex is gradually growing in the vicinity of Vojanova Street in the Pilsen 3 city district. You will find a sufficient offer of local civic amenities nearby. There are also schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, medical facilities, a library, a swimming pool, a sports field and, of course, supermarkets, smaller shops and restaurants.

The location also has convenient transport links to the center of Pilsen. The tram stop will be directly adjacent to the border of the new residential area and is therefore literally around the corner. You can get to the city center by tram in about 11, by car in 8 and even by train in just 5 minutes. The connection outside the city is also of good quality.
